Terms of Service

These terms are specific to Wobble Derby ("the Game"), developed by MAKENZO ("we," "us," "our"). They add to the studio-wide Makenzo Games Terms of Service, which apply to every game we publish and are part of this agreement. If anything here is more specific than the studio terms, this page applies to the Game. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect; a Game-specific privacy page will be published before launch.

The short version

• The Game is free to play. Races are against computer-controlled blobs, so no other real players see you.
• Coins and blob skins or hats, where offered, are licensed, not sold. They have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
• Any purchases go through Apple or Google, and refunds follow their rules.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• The Game is not yet released. Features described here may change before and after launch.

Playing the Game

Each race puts your blob against 31 computer-controlled racers on an obstacle course. Ten racers qualify each round until one is left. Your results and any coins earned are saved on your device and, where the Game offers it, to an anonymous player ID so progress can be restored.

Coins and cosmetics

The Game may award coins based on race placement and let you spend them on cosmetic items such as blob skins and hats. Cosmetics change how your blob looks, not how it races. Coins and cosmetics:

• are a limited, revocable license to use a feature inside the Game, not property;
• have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, traded, gifted, or transferred;
• may be added, changed, rebalanced, or removed as the Game evolves;
• may be lost if you delete the Game without linking an account, where account linking is offered.

Purchases and ads

If the Game offers real-money purchases, such as removing ads or buying cosmetics, they are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds follow their policies. A "grown-up check" appears before any purchase. The free Game may show non-personalized ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ad availability is not guaranteed, and we may change or remove offers at any time.

Fair play

Do not use modified versions of the Game, automation, or any tool that interferes with racing, scoring, or any online feature. If the Game adds leaderboards or replays, display names must follow the conduct rules in the studio terms, and we may remove names or results that break them.

Pre-release notice

Wobble Derby is in development. Gameplay, rewards, cosmetics, pricing, and online features described on this page or in previews may change before launch and afterward as the Game is updated.
